Colombo to Galle
Among the interesting places you come across while travelling to Galle are Wadduwa, Kalutara, Beruwala and Hikkaduwa. Since these towns are along the beach, there are many hotels for holidaying. You can see these hotels are filled with foreigners and local visitors, especially during week-ends. Gangathilake Viharaya is just after the bridge over the Kalu Ganga (River) and you can see almost all the vehicles stop here and make donations and pray for a safe journey.
